We have developed shipping policies that clearly outline our procedures so you know what to expect from us. VitaminMenu.com strives to ship your package in a timely manner as soon as it is processed. Most orders require 1-7 business days to be processed and shipped out.
We currently can ship anywhere in the United States and Puerto Rico. Unfortunately we cannot ship internationally at this time; we apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. All orders shipped within the domestic United States and/or to P.O. Boxes, APO, or FPO addresses are shipped either by UPS or USPS. Orders that are shipped via domestic ground shipping are usually shipped via USPS Priority Mail if they are less than 2 lbs. Orders weighing over 2 lbs normally ship out with UPS.

- $7.95 Flat Rate Shipping (up to 15 lbs)
*Orders under 15 lbs are "regular orders". All orders over 15 lbs are considered "custom orders" and are subject to an additional shipping fee based on weight and delivery location.
You can view the total weight of your order in your shopping cart. If you have an order that is over 15 lbs (rare), you will automatically be charged the additional flat rate shipping fee (outlined below) calculated from the total weight of your order. At that time you can modify your order before you complete it. You will verify & accept all charges and order totals before completing your order.
Non-Domestic Orders & Call in Orders
Flat rate shipping rates do not apply to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, or APO’s. These orders are considered "Non-Domestic Orders". We can process Non-Domestic Orders to Alaska, Hawaii, APO’s & Puerto Rico at this time online or over the phone.
Unfortunately we cannot ship internationally at this time. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.

When can you expect to receive your order?
On average, our customers can expect to receive orders within 7 business days.
Orders require 1 to 7 business days to be processed and shipped out. In the event that your
full/partial order is placed on backorder, our customer service team will notify you with an email after the 7th (allowing 1 to 7 days for your order to be processed). At this time you may either cancel your full/partial order for a refund or you can wait the estimated 2 to 3 business days for our team to receive the item(s) from the manufacturer. Back order items received by our warehouse are shipped out with priority over regular orders.
Please note that Express Shipments (2nd Day Air & Next Day Air) cannot be sent to PO Boxes, APO's and/or FPO's. Unfortunately, UPS does not offer these types of shipping options and we can only use USPS standard shipping for packages going to these addresses. All orders processed with Express Shipping options going to PO Boxes, APO's and/or FPO's will automatically be shipped with standard ground shipping.

You can click on the tracking link and/or you can log into your account at www.VitaminMenu.com to track the delivery all of your orders. Backorder Items
New orders typically require 1 to 7 business days to be processed by our warehousing team. We frequently re-stock the products that are available for you to purchase on our website. Items that are in stock and shipped via UPS and/or USPS ground are usually received by our customers within 1 to 7 business days. Occasionally, we will temporarily run out of inventory on certain items. We normally receive back ordered products within 2 to 3 business days because of our excellent relationships with the manufacturers and distributors.
We will contact all customers who have a full order that is placed on backorder after the 7th business day. Our back order policy is simply to hold your order within our system for processing and shipment for up to 21 days from the day your order was placed. If we expect a longer than average delay in the shipping of your order, we will ship your partial order and automatically ship back order item(s) as soon as they become available (up to 21 days) at no extra cost to you.
Out of Stock Products
Products that have been placed on back order for more than 21 days are automatically moved into our “out of stock” category and will be refunded in full. In the event that we do not receive your back order product(s) from our manufacturers and/or suppliers by the 30th day after your order was placed, we will automatically refund your credit card for the full purchase amount of back ordered item(s). At this time, you will receive an email confirmation detailing the products that we were unable to receive & ship within the 21 day window along with the exact details of your refund. Our customer's satisfaction is always 100% guaranteed and we will do our best to ship your complete order in a timely manner.
